Public Health Care and Open Borders Do Not Mix

Canadian tax payers are footing the bill for immigrant population growth when Canadians can’t afford to grow their own families.

Medical tourism is a donation from the Canadian taxpayer to foreign countries. Although the left is free to make the argument that all borders should be eradicated, there is no denying that when a country has taxpayer subsidized services, like health care, then either borders must exist, or those services must exist for the exclusive benefit of the taxpaying base. Canadian citizens and landed immigrants alike are growing frustrated with our country being used as a medical stop whereby the principal earners works and pays taxes abroad, but has their family settled here and returns to perform routine medical tests.

Many aspects of life in Canada are being altered by the massive influx of newcomers.  Let’s unite to work on solutions that will help everyone.
